Lateral Force Resisting SystemWood-framed plywood shearwalls at interior and exterior locations at Second and Third Floors. Reinforced concrete and CMU shearwalls at interior and exterior locations at First Floor.
Foundation TypeContinuous concrete footings at perimeter and interior CMU and concrete walls. Isolated concrete spread footings at interior columns.
RemarksThis building was designed in accordance with the 1991 UBC. The adjacent building is CSMIP Station #58620. It is also a wood framed building, however it is isolated.
