Lateral Force Resisting System | Plywood shear wallls. Three in longitudinal direction and two in transverse direction. Walls are made of 2x6 studs with plywood/gypsum board sheathing. The exterior walls are also provided with 1'x8' Redwood siding. The floor diaphragms consist of plywood sheathing nailed to WSI joists. |
